This was our second year taking a PCC Cooks class, and we learned so much! Cooking can be intimidating, but learning basic skills can empower us to make our own food and eat healthy, nourishing meals on the regular.
If you can't take a cooking class, try spending time with a friend or family member who knows how to cook. Or, pick up a cook book at your local library. Or you could always watch Master Chef :)
